Who we are
Kelly Green was raised on the West Coast of California by a single mother, navigating a childhood marked by addiction and family instability. Like many of his peers, he sought meaning in the counterculture of the time, often turning to the same escapisms modeled by the adults around him. His life took a transformative turn when he encountered Jesus during the Jesus Movement of the late 1960s and early ’70s, a pivotal moment that redirected his path and led to a clear calling into gospel ministry in 1971.
Kelly attended the University of Mobile, where he met his wife, Beth. They married in November 1974 and have since served together in various ministry roles. He earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary, deepening his calling with both practical experience and theological education.
In 1979, Kelly founded the Kelly Green Evangelistic Association, now known as Kelly Green Global. Over the past 40+ years, he has shared the message of Jesus in more than 1,500 churches across the United States and has traveled internationally with teams of believers to serve and spread the Gospel. His passion lies in evangelism, missions, and empowering others—particularly through short-term mission opportunities—to support vulnerable and fatherless communities around the globe.

Over the past forty-plus years, KGG has experienced remarkable seasons in the life and growth of the ministry. In its early years, Kelly traveled extensively across the United States, speaking in churches, schools, and community venues of all sizes. Wherever he went, he shared the simple yet powerful gospel of Jesus Christ, boldly telling the story of his own personal transformation through Christ. His testimony resonated with people from every walk of life, opening doors in both small congregations and large communities.
As these opportunities expanded, so did Kelly’s burden for the generations coming behind him. A deep passion began to form—not only to proclaim the gospel, but to equip others to do the same. Kelly recognized the need to teach believers how to share their faith confidently and how to live it out authentically, with a clear understanding of why they believed in God and the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
That passion eventually took shape through a ministry called Frontliners. For more than a decade, KGG, through Frontliners, partnered with students, pastors, and church congregations to move beyond the walls of the church and actively engage their communities. Together, they shared the gospel through door-to-door evangelism, special outreach events, and student-focused nights that intentionally reached families, local leaders, and entire communities. These efforts not only impacted those who heard the message, but also transformed those who stepped out in faith to share it.
When the season of Frontliners came to a close, God opened a new chapter for KGG. Kelly found a renewed calling to take the gospel beyond national borders, traveling internationally to teach, encourage, and share in churches, schools, and communities around the world. Countries such as Brazil, multiple regions of Africa, Haiti, Germany, Indonesia, Cambodia, and many others provided unique opportunities to build relationships, strengthen local ministries, and expand the reach of KGG globally.
Through each season—local, national, and international—KGG has remained rooted in the same mission: sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping others to live out their faith with purpose, boldness, and lasting impact.
Our Mission
Answering the Call to Spread the Good News

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”
God has called all of us who are devoted to Him to step out in faith and share the Good News. Kelly Green Global (KGG) is dedicated to reaching the world for Christ through various mission efforts.
